How to add your lab account identifier in GeXLab. 

GeXLab allows users to arrange payment directly with their preferred lab. In these instances, a user can add their 'lab account' identifier for approval to the lab. This will allow submission through GeXLab and the account user will also receive an invoice directly from the lab.

To add your lab account information into GeXLab. Firstly, navigate to the Sample Hub. 

Select 'Lab Accounts'.

 

Select '+ New Account', add your account number and select the lab your account belongs to. If you are unaware of your lab account number, contact the lab directly. 

 

Once completed, select 'submit'. You will not be able to use your lab account straightaway as the lab needs to firstly approve your account. Once the lab has approved your lab account, the test codes displayed by that lab will be listed as $4.50. This is the GeXLab submission fee. Once you have submitted a batch, you will receive an invoice directly from the lab.
